Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes between users and ABC Certified Server Training shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Informal Resolution First
Before initiating arbitration, users agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Arbitration Process
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the State of California.
Arbitration will be conducted by a recognized arbitration provider (such as AAA or a similar body).
Waiver of Jury Trial
By agreeing to these Terms, users waive the right to:
- a jury trial
- court litigation
for most disputes.
Class Action Waiver
Users agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis and not as part of:
- class actions
- collective actions
- representative proceedings
