Your Learning Journey Guided by Experts
Our experienced, passionate, and knowledgeable team.
Greg brings extensive experience in the wine industry and delivering professional development to ABC Certified Server Training. As owner of a winery and tasting room, Greg understands the importance of responsible beverage service and the practicalities of implementing it. His wine industry career began over 25 years ago with a wine merchant in Scotland, where he earned his Level 2 WSET Certification in Wine. After managing the San Antonio Winery tasting room in Ontario, CA, he launched Hamilton Family Wines in Kenwood, CA in 2019 with his wife Lindsay. In roles with Cisco, he created the Digital Training Program, designing online learning and assessments for on-demand training for executives and professionals, as well as as the Cisco Podcast Network and #CiscoChat.

Lindsay brings her experience of managing a tasting room (Hamilton Family Wines, Kenwood, CA) and training delivery to ABC Certified Server Training. With a career spanning roles in Cisco, General Electric and the wine industry, she has led executive training, and developed digital credential programs to recognize different levels of competency within these programs. Her combined experience of delivering training, skills recognition, and running a customer-facing alcohol business enables her to provide unique insights for the design and delivery of courses and operational management of ABC Certified Server Training.

Grainne provides consultancy on skills-based learning, assessment and Learning Management System (LMS) administration for ABC Certified Server Training.
