Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through ABC Certified Server Training’s online training platform.
Digital Purchases
Because our courses and downloadable content are digital educational products, refunds are limited.
A refund may be issued if:
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase, and
- The course has not been substantially completed.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued if:
- A course has been fully completed
- A certificate or digital badge has been issued
- A product has been downloaded
- The purchase was made more than 7 days prior
- The user failed an exam
- Certification requirements were not met
Technical Issues
If a technical issue prevents access to purchased training or other digital content, we will make reasonable efforts to:
- restore access
- provide technical assistance
- extend course access if necessary
How to Request a Refund

Include:
- Full name
- Email used for purchase
- Order number
- Reason for request
Processing Refunds
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
