3.1 Any personal Data you submit will be retained by ABC Certified Server Training for as long as you use the Services and Systems provided on the Web Site, to provide the Services, maintain certification records, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Data that you may submit through any communications System that we may provide may be retained for a longer period.

When an employer or organization purchases group training seats on ABC Certified Server Training, a designated Group Manager is assigned administrative access. To monitor compliance and course completion, the Group Manager can track employee data, including module progress, course completion status, quiz scores, and certificate generation dates. By enrolling via your employer/someone other than yourself, you acknowledge that course progress data will be shared with the person who purchased your course seat(s).
California residents may have the right to:
