Employer & Bulk Training Terms

These terms apply to employers purchasing training access for employees.

Employer Responsibilities

Employers agree that:

  • employee account information will be accurate
  • access credentials will not be shared improperly
  • training will be used only for authorized employees

Employee Data

Employers purchasing bulk training acknowledge that:

  • employee progress and completion records may be visible to the employer
  • the employer is responsible for maintaining appropriate employee privacy practices.

Certification Records

The Company will maintain training completion records for administrative purposes. However, employers should maintain their own compliance documentation.
