Certificate & Digital Badge Misuse & Fraud Policy

Certificates and digital badges issued through ABC Certified Server Training confirm that a participant has completed the applicable training program and any required assessments available through the platform.
Proper Use of Certificates / Digital Badges
Certificates and digital badges may only be used to demonstrate successful completion of the training program.
Certificates and digital badges must not be altered, falsified, or misrepresented.
Examples of misuse include:
- modifying a certificate or digital badge
- presenting a certificate or digital badge belonging to another individual
- claiming certification or digital badge where certification or digital badge was not issued
- using a certificate or digital badge after it has expired (if applicable)
Verification
ABC Certified Server Training reserves the right to implement certificate and digital badge verification procedures, which may include:
- verification numbers
- digital verification systems
- employer verification requests
Employers or regulators may contact the Company to verify the validity of certificates or digital badges where appropriate.
Fraudulent Activity
If fraudulent use of a certificate or digital badge is suspected, the Company may:
- revoke the certificate or digital badge
- suspend or terminate the associated account
- report suspected fraud to employers or relevant authorities where permitted by law.
